No, not the movie but our dining room. We have recently updated our open plan living and dining room which you can read about here. However, the dining room still requires some final flourishes and as a result I have been on the hunt for some grey accessories to go with our yellow feature wall;
Rug

Rug from Wayfair
I would like to add some textures to the dining room area and this rug from Wayfair is perfect. I think it would be great under our dining room table, although this probably isn’t practical with two children who distribute crumbs at an alarming rate. However, it would also look lovely at the end of the table and would act as a way of linking the dining room to the living room.

Vase
I love this vase for its rustic look. It also has a lovely tactile quality to it and would look fabulous on our dining room table. The perfect compliment to our yellow feature wall and it would look lovely with some yellow blooms inside it. However, it would look equally stylish on its own. You can buy this from Habitat and at the moment it is in their sale so I better get in their quick as I don’t think these vases will be hanging around for long.

Chair
I am always on the look out for the perfect reading chair and this is it. It would fit perfectly in the corner of our dining room, making it the perfect spot to retreat to with a book. With a vintage look this is a chair made for showing off whilst its embracing shape calls for you to snuggle in. This is a stylish chair that I would love in our house and one that I am sure would never look dated and would therefore make a worthy investment. You can buy it from Made.com

Not quite 50 shades yet, more like 3 shades of grey. Any ideas for what I could add to my wish list?
