
This week I will be finishing for Christmas. I will still be about and checking in on social media. However, as it’s Christmas I really want to focus on spending time with the family and trying not to kill them, I’m joking! I am looking forward to us spending some lovely time together and I am looking forward to finally shaking this flu off, touch wood.

Oh wow!! Such a great thing to do - you will ace it, you have MONTHS to train. Aim for 1-2 times a week and then increase to 2-3 times a week and you’ll be fine!! Can’t wait to see how you get on x
