When I started Island Living 365 I had no idea of the journey I was going to go on. Feeling stifled, I decided to start sharing my thoughts on the internet. I was amazed when people actually started reading my blog, I continue to be amazed! Over that time I have had to learn so much technical “stuff”. Oh, the irony, “stuff”. I naively thought you just wrote a post and hit publish, but there is much more to think about! Widgets, plug-ins, smushing, coding, the list is endless. I am still learning. There have been times when I have felt like walking away, there have been times when I have felt like throwing my computer out of the window! I am not the most technically minded. However, I love writing and so I have had to learn.

I want to share more

There is so much more that I want to share on my blog but I have felt unable to. Therefore, I have decided that I will be sending out a weekly newsletter that will have some extra juicy posts; more feminist rants, extracts from my novel, my thoughts on Jersey, conversations with my Mum that are too rude to share on the blog. It will all be there. As well as early previews of new lines in the shop.
