Christmas Stocking Filler - Itty Bittys From Hallmark

Itty Bittys are the perfect present for Christmas. I know, I know, I am talking about Christmas already but have you looked at your calendar. Don’t panic but Christmas is only around the corner! Argh! I said don’t panic, we can do this. First things first, the stocking fillers. I have been thinking about the children’s stockings and what to fill them with. Christmas can be so expensive and, therefore, we set ourselves a budget when it comes to their stockings. However, this can be easier said than done when you are trying to find good quality toys at a budget. Therefore, I was thrilled when Hallmark asked if I would like to review their Itty Bittys.

The Range

Itty Bittys are the perfect size for stocking fillers. You will find that there are Itty Bittys for everyone, such a fantastic range. They have characters from Marvel, Disney and Frozen (eeeeks). I was worried that the girls might choose the Frozen characters. My ears have only just recovered from at least 2 years’ worth of ‘Let it go’ being sung, all of the time! However, my fear was unfounded; this time we are not revisiting Frozen. The girls chose Itty Bittys that I thoroughly approved of. They went for strong women - raaah! We had Catwoman, Supergirl and Wonder Woman. They retail at the £6 mark so I was wondering what the quality would be like. I was pleasantly surprised as they are obviously made of high-quality materials.

What the girls thought

The girls love the styling of them. They look iconic. Actually, I am also tempted to start collecting them. The size of them is great for kids. They are suitable for young children as they have no loose parts that could be a choking hazard. There is one slight problem with their size, it means that they easily fit into handbag. You might not think that this is an issue but it is when you go to pay at the checkout and find that your purse has been replaced with an Itty Bittys. You don’t expect to open your handbag and find Catwoman hiding in there. Luckily, I am a fan of Catwoman so I let her off.

Itty Bittys adventures

Our Itty Bittys are now very well-travelled as they have been taken on lots of adventures around Jersey. The girls love playing with them as they are very soft, and, therefore, cuddly. I have been to check on the girls at night to find them holding their favourite Itty Bitty in their sleep.

Perfect gifts

Oldest loves her Itty Bittys so much that she has asked if we can buy some more for her friends. This is a great idea as they are perfect for birthday presents. We will be getting a range in ready for birthday presents etc. They would also make a great present for pass the parcel etc. These cute toys are very collectable and would make a great addition to any stocking this Christmas for young or old. Mr C already has his eyes on the Marvel comic collection one. I on the other hand would like my very own Catwoman!
