If you are looking for someone to inspire you to actually use your gym membership then Chloe Madeley is the lady for you. Ok, she might have famous parents but she is still a regular girl like you and I. She just happens to be a girl that has transformed her body through real grit and determination.
But what we really love about Chloe is her honesty. She doesn’t pretend that it is easy to achieve her body but she shows us how we can all do it with a big dose of motivation. Chloe documents her success as well as her low points on her website and instagram account and we love her all the more for it. She shows us what going to the gym is really like. Forget those gym shots from certain reality stars that have them looking immaculate. Chloe posts her real pictures, sweat an all, empowering the rest of us to go and kick ass in the gym.
I am following her Fitness Fondue plan and before Christmas I started to see real changes. But yes, Christmas then arrived and one too many glasses of mulled wine and mince pies put a stop to that. But I am excited to get started again and as Chloe would say get rid of the “fluff”.
What I love about Chloe and her plan is that she clearly knows what she is talking about. This is a result of Chloe becoming a qualified fitness professional after she became hooked on transforming her body through weightlifting. Even though Chloe is somewhat of an expert she doesn’t come across as preachy. But on the other hand she isn’t afraid to stand up for what she believes in. She divided her instagram followers when she posted a picture of Kylie Jenner celebrating Kylie’s body. Chloe stood up for herself making it clear that we should celebrate the female form whether it be muscly, sexy or curvy. As Chloe points out we are all individuals with very different body shapes and we should be supporting not judging. So a big high five to Chloe who is doing it for the sisters and showing all of us that we need to get ourselves into that weights room and get lifting…..
Just after we have finished the last of the leftover mince-pies!
Great post! Definetely fitness inspiration. I’d love those abs but I don’t think I’ll ever get them lol. Thanks for linking up to #justanotherlinky xx
