Advocate for Penwizard and a discount code for you!

In our house we are book mad. I love to read and so do the girls. We are always on the lookout for new books to read. We were very excited when Penwizard sent us a copy of their personalised Peppa Pig book to review last month. You can read that review HERE. As you may remember Youngest was really impressed with her book and loved the fact that she was in the story with her granny. Well the book is still very much loved and Youngest is still insisting that she takes it everywhere. The book has been carted round the whole of Jersey and to Norway and back! However, the book is still in one piece and despite its travels it is still in good condition. It is a very good job that the book is a hardback!

New book

Youngest loves her ‘My Granny’ book so much that we will soon be adding to it with a personalised ‘My Grandpa’ Peppa Pig book. We can’t wait! As you are all aware Youngest really loves her granny and pop-pop (or grandpa) and we have just returned from spending a holiday with them. As a result Youngest is missing her grandparents even more at the moment and I am hoping that the new book will really help.

Exciting news!

This leads me onto to some rather exciting news! Penwizard asked us if we would like to be an advocate for their brand and of course we had to shout

“YES!”

We are such big fans of their books that we are over the moon to be an advocate for them.

Who are Penwizard?

Penwizard make personalised books. This means that you can create a book in which your child is the star with their favourite character. Your child could star in any of the following books:

  • Peppa Pig
  • Ben and Holly’s Magic Kingdom
  • The Snowman and the Snowdog
  • In the Night Garden

This is to name just a few of the books available. There are also lots more to choose from. We have enjoyed the Peppa Pig books so far as Youngest is Peppa Pig mad. There are some similarities between cheeky Peppa and a certain cheeky Youngest. Youngest loves seeing herself in the book with Peppa and it has really encouraged her with her reading. The illustrations are also really bright and colourful and the text is really bold and clear, perfect for encouraging pre-schoolers with their reading.

Perfect gift

These books would also make the perfect gifts for other children as they are fantastic quality and being personalised makes them a thoughtful gift. You can also get birthday books too.

Not just books

However, Penwizard don’t just do books. They also do stationery. You could buy a personalised Peppa Pig poster, stickers, notebooks, birthday invitations and also birthday cards.

What does this mean for you?

To celebrate the fact that I am now an advocate for the brand, the fabulous people at Penwizard have given me a rather lovely discount code to share with all of you! You know that I love a good saving.

If you go to Penwizard and use the exclusive code ISLAND2 you will receive £2 off any order you make! Yaaay!*

Now the tricky part, deciding what to order, you will find that you are spoilt for choice!

*In return for being an advocate for the brand I am gifted new releases for review. If you use Island Living 365’s exclusive discount code I will get a small percentage of the sale as a reward but it won’t cost you a penny 🙂 *

  • How lovely! We are maybe a bit early for buying personalised book as baby isn’t born yet but they are definitely something I would consider buying in the future. Congratulations on becoming a brand advocate! #triballove

    • Thank you Jules. Have you seen the black and white books that yo can get for babies? We had them for our two and they loved them. They are just patterns etc but new born babies love them. We also used to read to our babies from day 1 as part of their bedtime routine and I think that really helped as it created the signal for time for sleep! Although, Oldest never really liked sleeping but still it was a nice routine and it worked for Youngest 🙂 x

    • They are great aren’t they! That has given me a great idea of getting one for Mr C this year 🙂 x

  • How fantastic - we love books in our house too, E loves nothing better than sitting in the corner of the living room with her book! I love the idea of a personalised book too - makes it that bit more special. So we’ll definitely be grabbing this discount, thank you very much 🙂 xxx #triballove

    • They are fab, and it is great how you can make the star of the story look just like your child. Youngest really believes that it is her in the story! 🙂 Enjoy the discount code x

  • Oh, I wish we had these when our girls were little. I will definitely keep them in mind when its time to buy presents for our nieces and nephews though. An advocate, that’s very exciting…Especially when its for books!

    • I know! I am so excited to be their advocate as I just love their books and really love reading with the girls 🙂 x

  • Oh congratulations, Emma! I love these personalised books and wish they had been about when mine were small - my dad produced a book for my little boy when he was small all about the cars and people in our family and it was by far his favourite - children love that personal touch #triballove

    • That is great that you are reading to Josh every night. We have always read from the day one and I really think it helps create a routine and a love for books 🙂

  • I love a personalised book. Unfortunately, like his Dad, the boy has no interest in books (though he is enjoying Roald Dahl at the moment so maybe there is a glimmer of hope!) #tribe xxx

    • Oooh Roald Dahl is a goodie. Have you also tried reading the David Walliams books to him? Oldest loves them because they are a little bit rude 🙂 x

  • Penwizard books are fab aren’t they - we have a few of them and the girls love them. Congratulations on becoming an advocate and so glad that your girls love their My Granny book and that it coped well with all of your recent travels 🙂
